Job Title
Design Engineer/Staff Scientist

• Recent or upcoming graduate desired (Between December 2006 and June 2008)
• MSEE, PhD or equivalent. (Prefer graduate students)
• Strong academic record (3.5 GPA or above)
• Background and experience in circuit design, CMOS, RF and Mixed -Signal
• U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident/H-1B/F-1, Canadian Citizens encouraged to apply

Job Description
Candidate will be performing analysis and design of Analog & RF building blocks in CMOS technologies, as well as layout and verification. Perform experimental verification and debugging, along with the integration of complex RF & Mixed Signal functions into system chips. Must be able to exercise good judgment in assessing trade-offs and making system level decisions. Ability to manage a complex mixed signal chip development from creation into high-volume production is needed.
