Job Requirements
  • Current student working toward PhD or MSEE
  • High academic standards (3.50/4.00 GPA or above)
  • Strong Analog and RF circuit design experience
  • Course work including CMOS fabrication methods, design rules, and verification tools
  • Basic lab skills for running test equipment and taking pertinent performance measurements
  • U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident/H-1B/F-1 encouraged to apply

Job Description
Under the supervision of the team manager, the student will be responsible for the design, layout, and verification of Analog and RF circuits (90nm development). The student will also be responsible for the test of Analog/RF blocks or circuits in our Central Engineering Group (CEG).
