Terri L. Timberman

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Terri L. Timberman is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Broadcom Corporation. In this position, Ms. Timberman is responsible for leading and managing Broadcom's global HR organization, focusing on organizational development, employee relations, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention strategies, and integration of acquisitions.

A 27-year veteran HR executive, Ms. Timberman joined Broadcom in March 2009. Prior to Broadcom, she held senior HR positions at Planar Systems, Inc., in Beaverton, Oregon; AMI Semiconductor, Inc., in Pocatello, Idaho; Radisys Corp. in Hillsboro, Oregon; and Merix Corp. in Forest Grove, Oregon. She also held positions in the human resources departments at Tektronix, Inc., and TriQuint Semiconductors, both in Beaverton, Oregon.

Ms. Timberman received a B.A. from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon.
